Samsara

Samsara is truly a once-in-a-lifetime dog. A singleton puppy, he felt like a precious gift from his mother, Gemma,  from the moment he was born. He has always been a funny, gentle, and incredibly sweet boy, and he has accomplished far more than I ever dreamed possible.

His name comes from the Sanskrit word samsara, meaning the cycle of life. He was born during a season of profound loss, after I lost both my mother and Alex, and somehow he arrived exactly when I needed him most. I believed he had come to help mend my broken heart, but he has done so much more than that. He has filled my life with joy, laughter, purpose, and a love beyond anything I could have imagined.
